Refund Policy – ScoreMore Global Pty Ltd

At ScoreMore, we strive to provide high-quality training and support to every student. To maintain fairness and transparency, we follow the refund terms below:

1. Course Fees

  • All fees paid for PTE, NAATI CCL, IELTS or any other training program are non-refundable once the student has received access to classes, materials, WhatsApp support, or any learning resources.

2. Class Bookings

  • If a student cannot attend a session, they must inform us at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule.
  • Missed or unattended classes without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Change of Mind

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind after enrolment.

4. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

  • If a rare approved refund is issued:
  • It will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank.

5. Course Duration & Session Validity

  • All sessions are strictly limited to the course duration for which the student has enrolled.
  • Unused classes cannot be carried forward, extended, or transferred after the course expiry date.
  • If the student does not attend or utilise the sessions within the enrolled period, those sessions will automatically lapse without refund or credit.

6. Non-Transferability

  • Enrolments are non-transferable. Students cannot transfer:
  • Their course
  • Their sessions
  • Their login access
  • to another individual under any circumstances.

7. Attendance Responsibility

  • It is the student’s responsibility to attend classes on time.
  • ScoreMore Global is not responsible for missed classes due to personal commitments, travel, internet issues, health issues, or time zone differences.
  • These do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or extensions.

8. Instructor or Schedule Changes

  • ScoreMore Global reserves the right to change the trainer, class timing, or batch structure if required.
  • Such changes do not qualify for refund claims.

9. Behaviour & Misuse of Material

  • Sharing ScoreMore materials (templates, notes, PDFs, strategies, recordings) without permission will lead to:
  • Immediate removal from the program
  • No refund
  • Legal or disciplinary action if needed

10. Promotional or Discounted Enrolments

  • Payments made using discounts, offers, or promotions are strictly non-refundable.
  • No adjustments will be made to previously enrolled students if a discount is introduced later.

11. Private / One-to-One Sessions

  • If one-to-one sessions are included, they must be utilised within the enrolled validity period.
  • Rescheduling must be done at least 6 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
